Carters Chartered Surveyors expansion continues with the opening of a new Lettings department to complement their existing property management, Surveying and valuation and block management businesses.

‘The addition of a lettings department has been something our existing landlords have requested we do for some time and it has been seen as a natural progression, but it’s always been about correct timing’ said Matt Hill, Managing Director, ‘Our business has gone from strength to strength and we are now in an excellent position to add lettings to our portfolio of professional services.’

Not only is there a new department, Carters Lettings, but also a new team member, Penny Hackett, who heads up this department as Lettings Director.
