Having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2002, Matt has worked for various property consultancies in Birmingham specialising in the management of residential and commercial property assets. His clients have included larger corporate and institutional property investors such as NFU Mutual, Canada Life, Zurich Assurance, Barclays Bank and Sainsbury’s Supermarkets and smaller private trusts, charities, privately owned property companies and individual owners, thereby covering the full range of investors making up the UK property investment market.
