Caroline qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2005. Having worked in both commercial and residential property sectors in London and the West Midlands, Caroline specialises in residential surveying, defect analysis and providing listed building and conservation advice. Caroline is also a registered valuer and has been undertaking valuations for a range of corporate and private clients since 2006.
